Brand Mint Studio Pvt. Ltd. ("Brand Mint", "we", "our", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable global privacy law for visitors outside India.
1. What we collect
- Contact details you give us through the inquiry form — name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), project type, budget range, and the message you send.
- Account details if you sign in — your email address and a session token issued by our authentication provider (Supabase).
- Usage data — anonymous, aggregated analytics collected by Vercel Web Analytics (page views, referrer, country, device class). No cookies are set and no personal identifiers are stored by the analytics tooling.
2. Why we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and scope a potential project.
- To send the magic-link email when you choose to sign in.
- To improve the website's performance and content.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
3. Where it lives
Inquiries and account records are stored in Supabase (hosted in Singapore on AWS). The website is served by Vercel. Both providers offer industry-standard transport encryption (TLS) and at-rest encryption.
4. How long we keep it
- Active inquiries — for the duration of the engagement plus 24 months, after which they are archived or deleted unless we have a legal/tax obligation to keep them longer.
- Signed-out account records — deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent for future processing. Email hello@brandmint.studio with the subject line "DPDP request" and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Third-party processors
- Supabase — database, magic-link email, auth session storage.
- Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
- Google Fonts — webfont delivery (no personal data is stored by Google for font requests beyond standard server logs).
7. Children
The website and our services are intended for adults running or representing organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
8. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and row-level security on our database to keep data safe. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your data has been exposed, contact us immediately at hello@brandmint.studio.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the studio evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
